We deliver to anywhere in the world in any form chilled or frozen. Products are packed and labeled according to the clients’ requirements and specification.
Our products are processed & packed to the most hygienic standards. The products are packed in EU approved fish processing factories from the Maldives which are regularly audited by the concerned authorities. Microbiological tests, Heavy metal and Histamine tests are carried out as part of our stringent processing policy.

ABOUT US
OUR TEAM
We dedicate our success to the hard working experienced team who work closely with the fishermen of the industry. Grading, processing, shipping and documentation is handled expertly and efficiently. The Team is Managed by Experts in the Maldivian tuna industry who are also actively engaged in all Fisheries related activities working closely with the Government and Fisheries export industry. They are also Senior members of the Government Fisheries Board.
FISHING OPERATION
The local fishermen also known as backbone of the industry are brave and devoted individuals who come from different regions of the Maldives. They have been educated and trained by the exporters for sustainable harvesting methods and also for the proper fish handling methods such as bleeding techniques, maintaining in ice and also maintaining personal and environmental hygiene in the fishing boats. Yellowfin tuna is usually caught by handline method and will take 8-10 days for each trip. The Fishing season lasts 6 months where the fish arrives in plently and prices go down instantly due to the shift in the supply. Fishing supply stays constant during the other months.
FACTORY OPERATION
The Fish is brought to the Processing facility and our graders collect only the best quality. The remaining fish is sold to the local market at a low price. The fish is immediately checked for temperature and taken for processing. Histamine test will be carried out for each batch.
The fish is processed in accordance with strict HACCP standards. Final products are delivered to the airport
SHIPPING OPERATION
Our frozen and canned products are usually shipped by Sea. The vessels departs from Maldives every week. Containers are stuffed at the presence of customs and Health officers. To make sure the Reefer containers are maintained at right temperatures, hourly inspections are carried out and logged.
Fresh shipments are immediately loaded on the aircraft. We deliver our fresh shipments mainly to USA, European countries, Middle east, Thailand and China. The shipments will be stored at airport cold storages and will be dealt with utmost priority.
Live shipments usually is shipped to Hongkong. There Special bins and equipments are imported from Hongkong. The Fish are maintained in cages built at the lagoon, Special water tanks with oxygen supply is used to transport the fish to deliver to the Airport where the fish is transferred into the special transport bins. The bins are then loaded on the airplane and transported immediately.
